The Transformer F30 is the smallest reel that can handle all techniques! Despite its small size and low weight, the Transformer is a very powerful reel with a maximum drag force of 20 kg, while its spool can hold 400 m. It has 9+2 bearings and a double spool locking system to minimize backlash. Its brakes are made of carbon discs, for very smooth operation even when wet. Maxel also manufactured the F40, F50, F60 and F70. They are based on the same philosophy and have the same technical characteristics with improved performance.
