The Cheburashka rig consists of a pencil suitable for offset hooks and a soft bait. The round pencil has a safety pin, which opens, but then locks again, after we pass the Offset hook. This particular soft bait rig is also gaining ground in the waters of the Mediterranean, performing perfectly in seawater, mainly when fishing for Mediterranean Sea Bass, in shallow waters, during the Spring and Summer periods, where the fish have specific feeding habits. The Cheburashka rig gives our silicone a particularly free movement, resulting in it better resembling the natural movement of an injured fry that hunts Sea Bass during the summer months. Its use is very easy and all we have to do is choose the appropriate silicone, pass it through the Offset hook, pass the Offset through the stainless steel safety, disconnecting it from the lead and securing it again.
